1 slice of bread
1 tsp oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 heart shaped cookie cutter
With the cookie cutter press a hole in the vìcentre of the slice of bread, then put both pieces in the saucepan and let them toast.
Then crack the egg in the centre of the hole, be careful: if the egg is an L size or the hole is too small take away some of the egg white.
Put the lid on the saucepan and let it cook until the yolk sets a bit.
Than Sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper and serve immediatly
