250 g good quality dark chocolate
200g soy whipping cream
40 g coconut butter
Put chocolate roughly chopped and coconut butter in a mixing bowl than Microwave in increments of 20-30 seconds until melted.
Stir gently with a wooden spoon and incorporate the cream. Let it cool and use it like that or whisk it but be careful if you over mix it it will loose its smoothness and we don’t want that, don’t we?
